I’m a biodiversity scientist who delights in the journey, sharing discoveries and aiming to make a positive impact along the way. My research focused on how insects deliver ecosystem functions and services. I enjoy working on creative projects and I’m energised by travelling, meeting new people, and exchanging ideas.

With a background in science communication, I also provide services which deliver educational sessions about biodiversity, nature, and sustainability to businesses and other organisations. Whether you're looking for an accessible introduction or a customised deep dive. Please see my services.

I am passionate about taking action and finding solutions that have huge impact on science and society. Alongside my job I am building The Biodiversity Bank, a not-for-profit organisation to prioritise investment towards collecting and mobilising biodiversity data at scale.

Biodiversity matters now more than ever. The Biodiversity Impact podcast is my way of starting conversations with scientists, entrepreneurs, sustainability experts and creators who are working towards a nature-positive future for people, planet and profit. I hope that by having these conversations we can find new and creative opportunities to connect and work together to protect biodiversity. I think we owe it to the future generations.
